Rental Terms and Conditions
Occupancy & Guests
- Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
- Primary rental must be 21 years or older
and provide a valid ID.
- No unregistered guests allowed overnight.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 1:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance.
Resort & Community Rules
- Guests must follow all resort rules (e.g., pool hours, parking, quiet hours).
- Amenity access requires wristbands/passes, which must be returned at check-out.
House Rules
- No smoking inside the house ($250 fine).
- No pets unless pre-approved ($150 pet fee if applicable).
- Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Safety & Security
- Keep doors locked when leaving.
- Security cameras (if applicable) are outside only for safety.
- Guests are responsible for any damages.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Housekeeping fee applies for each stay.
- Guests must dispose of trash in designated bins.
- Report any maintenance issues immediately.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Full refund before 24 hours only.
- No refunds for early departure or rule violations.
Violation Consequences
- Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund.
Rental Rates
- 1 Bedroom (suit for 2 adults and 1 child): $199 plus sales tax
- 2 Bedroom (accommodates 2 up to 6 guest): $395 plus sales tax
- 3 Bedroom (accommodates 6 up to 8 guest): $495 plus sales tax
- 4 Bedroom (accommodates 8 up to 12 guest): $795 plus sales tax; an additional $49.99 per person for each guest over 12.
